The challenge
Each clinic kept its own paper folders. A patient seen at a second location started from scratch, and duplicate records were common. Walk-in queues formed from early morning because there was no way to book ahead.
What we built
A shared patient record keyed on a verified phone number removed duplicates across sites. Online and SMS booking spreads arrivals across the day, and consultation notes, prescriptions and billing attach to one visit record.
Access is tightly scoped by role, and every record view is logged.
The outcome
Average waiting time fell by more than half, and clinicians see a patient's full history regardless of which clinic they attend.
