Who we are
Mills Technologies is a software development company based at Apatrapa New Site, Kumasi, Accra, Ghana. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Contact and proposal forms — your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and whatever you write in the message or project description.
- Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe.
- Technical information — your IP address and browser user agent are recorded alongside form submissions. We use these solely to detect and block automated abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We will never sell your information, and we will not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who can see it
Your submission is stored in our own database and is visible to authorised staff at Mills Technologies. We use third-party providers to operate the site — a hosting provider for the application and database, and an email provider to deliver notifications and replies. They process this data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and proposal requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for our business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your information, or
- stop sending you email.
