You may browse the site and contact us through it. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems,

Enquiries and proposals
Information on this site — including indicative prices and timelines — is provided for guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A quotation becomes binding only when we issue a written proposal that you accept in writing.
Anything you send us through the contact or proposal forms is treated as confidential business information and handled in line with our privacy policy.
Our work and intellectual property
The design, text, code and imagery of this site belong to Mills Technologies unless stated otherwise. Case studies are published with the relevant client's permission, and client names and marks remain their property.
For projects we deliver, ownership of the software is transferred to the client as set out in the individual project agreement — those terms take precedence over anything on this page.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on information published on it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction.
