Software built around your operation
We do not resell licences. Everything we deliver is designed for the way your organisation already works.
We know these sectors from the inside
Different organisations break in different places. These are the problems we have solved most often.
Companies & SMEs
Operations software for growing Ghanaian businesses — quotations, jobs, stock, staff and reporting.
- Records spread across WhatsApp and spreadsheets
- No single view of jobs in progress
- Reporting takes days to assemble
Churches & Ministries
Membership, attendance, giving and pastoral follow-up for congregations of any size.
- Attendance registers never get typed up
- Giving records hard to reconcile
- Absent members noticed too late
Schools & Universities
Admissions, assessment, report cards, fees and parent communication in one platform.
- Terminal reports take a week to compile
- Fee balances disputed by parents
- Parents contacted only when there is a problem
Stores & Supermarkets
Point of sale, inventory and multi-branch reporting that keeps working when the internet drops.
- Shelf stock never matches the books
- No reliable daily sales figure
- Branches report on different days
Clinics & Health
Patient records, appointments and billing built around clinic workflow and privacy.
- Paper folders lost or duplicated
- Long queues from manual check-in
- Insurance claims delayed by paperwork
NGOs & Non-profits
Beneficiary tracking, field data collection and the reporting donors ask for.
- Field data arrives on paper forms
- Donor reports rebuilt from scratch each time
- No way to measure programme reach
Systems in daily use, with results to match
Every project below is measured by what changed for the organisation — not by how it looks.
No surprises, from first call to long after launch
Every project follows the same path. You always know what stage you are at, what happens next, and what it costs.
- 01 · Week 1
Discovery
We sit with the people who will use the system and map what happens today — including the workarounds. You get a written scope and a fixed price before any code is written.
- 02 · Weeks 2–3
Design
You see and click through the screens before we build them. Changes at this stage cost a conversation rather than a change request.
- 03 · Weeks 3–10
Build
We build in two-week blocks and show you working software at the end of each one. Nothing is saved up for a big reveal.
- 04 · Launch week
Launch
We migrate your existing data, train your team in their own words, and stay on site or on call for the first days of live use.
- 05 · Ongoing
Support
Monitored hosting, nightly backups, security patches and a named person who answers the phone. We do not disappear after handover.
What clients say when the project is over
We had tried two systems before and abandoned both. What made the difference this time was that Godfred's team sat through a Sunday service and watched how our ushers actually work before designing anything. The system fits us instead of the other way round.
Terminal reports used to take my assessment office the better part of a week. This term we finished in a morning. The parent portal has quietly solved a problem I had stopped believing was solvable.
The offline mode is the reason we are still using it. Our previous POS stopped the moment the internet went, and in this area that is daily. Millstech asked about that on the first call — nobody else had.
Answers to what clients ask first
Still unsure about something? Ask us directly — we answer plainly.
It depends entirely on scope, which is why we never quote a figure before understanding what you need. As a guide, a business website starts around GHS 6,500, a church or school system around GHS 12,000–15,000, and a larger custom application from GHS 18,000. After a discovery call we send an itemised, fixed quote — no hourly surprises.
